This Lou Buré butter knife from Forge de Laguiole made of buffalo horn and stainless steel was designed by Stéphane Rambaud. It is not only beautiful but also practical since, unlike conventional knives, Lou Buré can be stood vertically on the table. The handle is made of the polished black tip of a buffalo horn, which is what gives it such an elegant shape. The blade is of extremely hard, stainless T12 steel. The smooth stainless steel base ensures that it has a steady support.
