William Kalubi (born 10 May 1992 in Kinshasa, DR Congo), better known by his stage name Damso, is a Belgian-Congolese rapper. His first studio album was Batterie faible released in 2016 and his second, Ipséité, topped the charts in France and Wallonia. Damso took up rap in 2006 after his family fled the DR Congo.
