Salsa Macha is a Mexican chili oil with origins in Orizaba, Veracruz, México. It is extremely versatile. You can drizzle it on your favorite foods, marinade, or cook with the chile oil itself.
Ingredients: blend of dry chiles, roasted pumpkin seeds, sesame seeds, garlic, cold pressed grapeseed oil and single origin sea salt from Colima, México (Marisal).
Heat level: mild.
Shelf life: 1 year. This salsa does not need to be refrigerated.
Shipping: orders will begin to ship late January-early February.
