Characterized by an intense ruby red color with purple reflections. The scent is typical of Amarone which consists of ripe red fruit, spicy aromas of licorice, black pepper and notes of chocolate. The flavors are well balanced, with soft, warm, slightly savory and elegant round tannins, with a long and fresh finish thanks to the balsamic notes that distinguish it. Pair with savory first courses, red meats, and mature cheeses.

Slightly denser and more concentrated than the 2018, the 2019 Côtes Du Roussillon Villages Les Trois Marie reveals a deep ruby/plum hue as well as classic Grenache notes of candied strawberries, blueberries, peppery herbs, sagebrush, and liquid violets. Full-bodied on the palate and concentrated, it's flawlessly balanced, has supple, velvety tannins, and one heck of a great finish. It's certainly a darker, richer wine compared to the 2018.
